The Opportunity

The company is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive revenue growth and close strategic partnerships across the digital asset and fintech ecosystem. This role will focus on managing the full sales lifecycle while working closely with internal teams to execute deal flow and expand the company’s market presence.

You will spend the majority of your time actively managing deals, identifying market pain points, and helping enterprise customers adopt modern payment and financial infrastructure. The role is ideal for a driven enterprise seller who enjoys solving complex problems and closing high-impact partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute sales strategies that generate pipeline and drive consistent, predictable bookings

• Build deep knowledge of the company’s platform and solutions to effectively advise prospects and customers

• Grow, manage, and execute a healthy enterprise sales pipeline

• Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined pipeline reporting

• Advocate for customers internally and provide feedback that helps inform product direction and roadmap priorities

• Prospect into target enterprise accounts and develop new opportunities

• Align customer needs with platform capabilities to deliver strong commercial outcomes

• Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets

• Travel as needed for industry conferences, partner meetings, and company events

• Manage relationships with enterprise organizations and close large strategic deals

Who You Are

• 5–8+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles

• Proven closer with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets

• Experience selling into fintech companies, payments providers, digital asset platforms, or enterprise technology organizations

• Strong understanding of digital assets, payments infrastructure, or blockchain ecosystems

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders

• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with strong ownership over outcomes

• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Experienced using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure, payments technology, blockchain platforms, or digital asset ecosystems

• Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar frameworks
