Overview
We are looking for an IT and Security leader who is passionate about building efficient, effective and security corporate systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will lead and grow the IT department, focusing on building scalable, and user-friendly solutions that empower our teams. You will be responsible for streamlining IT operations, optimizing corporate applications, and introducing automation to reduce friction and increase productivity. At the same time, you will ensure our technology environment remains secure and compliant, implementing strong access controls, incident response practices, and regulatory frameworks. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance technical depth with strategic thinking, making IT and security a true enabler of business growth and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Department and grow a high performing, customer focused team.
- Manage corporate applications including CRM, HRIS, Productivity, Data Analysis and Reporting, Security, etc.
- Manage company issued devices and BYOD program.
- Operate as an incident response coordinator and escalation point. Responsible for managing Incident response coordination across multiple teams.
- Establish and operate strong access management practices including privileged access management systems and procedures.
- Implement and operate security policy and compliance controls to satisfy SOC2, ISO27001/2, GDPR, DORA, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in information technology security.
- CISSP, CISA or SANS GIAC certification.
- Experience as a hands on technology leader in a highly technical environment.
- Must be willing to work outside normal business hours as needed.
Bonus if you have:
- Expert understanding of application, network, operating system, and core infrastructure security concepts and concerns.
- Knowledge on security monitoring tools such as UTM, IPS, IDS CASB, PAM and other security solutions is preferred.
- Working knowledge of common information technology management frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001/2, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, DORA, etc.
