About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Associate Customer Success Manager to support our Customer Success team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

In this role, you’ll partner with senior Customer Success Managers to help drive product adoption, support client initiatives, and ensure customers receive value from the UrbanBound platform. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in Customer Success, SaaS, or client-facing roles while learning how to manage relationships, analyze customer data, and contribute to retention and expansion efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Support a portfolio of customers alongside senior CSMs

  • Assist with onboarding activities, training coordination, and follow-up

  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics and flag trends or risks

  • Help prepare customer reports, success plans, and meeting materials

  • Respond to customer questions and coordinate solutions with internal teams

  • Track customer requests and ensure timely resolution

  • Contribute to adoption and engagement initiatives

  • Document customer insights and feedback to share internally

  • Learn to identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, support, or account coordination role

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Comfortable working with data and learning new tools

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Curious mindset and eagerness to learn

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus
